開発の段階で、最短で回路検証を行うため試作基板の実装を最短1日で仕上げます。

開発・設計時間の短縮に貢献できるお手伝いができます。

また、社内開発・設計を行っているため、部品の保有（抵抗・コンデンサ）及び調達も可能です。

We produce prototypes of about 20 to 30 models of in-house designed boards per year at our Yokohama factory.
We finish mounting prototype boards in as little as one day in order to perform circuit verification in the shortest possible time during the development stage.

We can help you reduce development and design time.

In addition, since we develop and design in-house, we can own and procure components (resistors and capacitors).

特長 Forte	・ マウントデータ、メタルマスク不要。基板、部品、実装資料のみで実装が可能です。 ・ 社内認定を受けた経験豊かな技術者による手付け実装をご提供します。 ・ 手付けとは思えない出来栄えに定評があります。 ・ 0603チップの手付け実装が可能です。 ・ 狭小ピッチ0.4ｍｍ（弊社実績）の、QFP・コネクター等の手付け実装が可能です。 ・No mounting data or metal masks are required. Mounting is possible with only a board, components, and mounting materials. ・We provide hand mounting by experienced engineers who are certified in-house. ・We have an established reputation for workmanship that is hard to believe to be hand-mounting. ・Hand mounting of 0603 chips is possible. ・Manual mounting of QFP, connectors, etc. with a narrow pitch of 0.4 mm (our track record) is possible.

薄い基板、部品高が高い場合は簡易ジグが必要になるかもしれません。

クリーンルームは保有していませんが、23年の培った実績で、自社独自の防塵室を保有し
ほこり・塵を拭き上げ組み立てる作業は得意です。

クリーンルームでゴミ・ほこりが無い環境で組み立てるのが最適ですが、購入した部品
保管している部品等々ほこりや塵の付着を避けることはとても無理があります。

弊社では、防塵室内環境を最適な状態にし、作業者の手作業で拭き上げ・目視工程を駆使し
