CameraLINKインターフェースを採用した産業用小型CMOSカメラです。
高画素・高速CMOSセンサの採用により、高速マウンター等の半導体製造装置や検査装置に最適です。PoCL対応です。
レンズはTFLマウントにも対応可。
This is a compact CMOS camera for industrial use with CameraLINK interface.High pixel and high speed CMOS sensor makes this camera ideal for semiconductor manufacturing and inspection equipment such as high-speed mounters, etc. PoCL compliant.Lens is also compatible with TFL mount.

  高速フレームレートを実現したグローバルシャッタタイプのCMOSセンサを採用。

  トリガー設定、露光モード、デジタルゲイン、黒レベル、ビニング等の多彩な機能。GPIOコネクタも標準装備。

  高画素、高速化するほど発熱量も増加するが、その熱を効率よく放熱。
